Hi there! I'm Amie, and I became fascinated by UX/UI design after taking some courses during my undergrad at the University of Toronto. I have always had a passion for design in various fields such as fashion, art, web, and game design. My previous works, shown below, are examples of my key skills and motivation for this field.

Park Picker
- Designed travel app to help users find parks to host picnics, barbeques, and other outdoor activities and events
- Modeled push notifications for alerts and filters for amenities, activities, distance, and ratings

- Designed web app to serve as a product site for their SaaS app
- Consulted client on UI/UX designs and pricing models and strategies

- Performed contextual inquiry and A/B testing on different engagement systems to determine the best method

- Designed app to help students find a study space on campus

Apart from my interests in UX/UI and graphic design, I am an avid gamer with countless hours in League of Legends, Overwatch, and other variety games. Some of my favorite games include Undertale, Ori and the Blind Forest (and WotW), and Stardew Valley.
I am also a huge foodie and always on the hunt for new dishes, desserts, and drinks. I love all cuisines, especially Japanese, Korean, and Italian. One of my hobbies include documenting my food journey through photos and videos. Someday I hope to create a food-review and cooking Instagram account to share my love of food with others.
